HDV Camera

HDV or high definition video is a video recording format used in commercial video production and now available in new camcorders. Now that HDTV�s are able to show 1080p for even 1080i formats HDV is growing in popularity, especially with web video production. Commercial production companies have been using high definition video for many years but since 2004 leading camera manufactures such as Sony, JVC, Canon, and Panasonic have been making HDV cameras priced for personal use. If you record videos for a living then you will probably be recording in high definition.
